영문 초록

  This study tried to explore three research as follows:
  To begin with, considering of the meaning and the structure on immovable property investment trust of bank deriving of understanding situation and improvement"s point on case sturdy of commercial bank. the result of this case study is succested on the basis of the term of fund, the loan rate of fund limit, and an earning rate on investment.
  In addition to, studying of the change of immovable property indirect investment market and immovable property indirect investment organization and then analyzing the effect on immovable property developing financial. The purpose of this analysis is marketing the advance of immovable property financial earlier and establishing the relationship of virtuous circle market, real estate dealer and investor on immovable properly.
  Finally, reconsidering of the meaning of the change "immovable property investment trust" and estate indirect investment market" on the basis of the view point of new finacial market.
