영문 초록

  The Manual book and confirmation of transaction object now in use are not provide comprehensive information and basic core data in order to establish a basic system, it basically needed to new check-list for objective validity of comprehensive information.
  This study definite suggest new check-list better than before. because this study received many advice from field-broker and specialist in real estate and an individual and specified core data in order to establish a basic system. So, this study provides comprehensive information for ordinary people can usefully use this info for their transaction by real estate market and introduce transaction to real estate things as a better quality.
  Therefore we hope that this study support transaction of real estate as a special technique in globalization.
