영문 초록

  Among the problems about Business building lease that is currently established and enforced, grasp and release of Business hirer"s information who secures opposing power in the corresponding Business building are important when a corresponding Business building became an object of auction due to hirer"s bankruptcy. Namely, in case of release of Business hirer"s information who secures opposing power, a bid candidate who wants to submit a bid to corresponding Business building is not able to grasp the registration fact beforehand due to the insufficiency of the law system. With the result of this problem, it was intended to inspect the present irrationality that there is a possibility of conferring on the bidding and the damage is ascribed to the person concerned of good intention and suggest an alternative plan.
