영문 초록

  As China has become a global manufacturing center as well as a manufacturing powerhouse with its high economic growth rate, China"s logistics industry has entered a stage of fast growth and the demand of logistics infrastructure and the third party logistics service are increasing rapidly. Several international logistics related firms are already expanding their presence in China to take advantage of these opportunities and to broaden the focus of their business beyond the untra-competitive Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
  This study is to present some efficient entering strategies of Korean logistics firms in China by examining the current situations of logistics industry in China and some business strategies of international logistics firms in China. It is recommended that Korean logistics firms which want to enter the markets in China should take some market researches in advance to reduce the risks and carry out case studies of global logistics firms having already entered China. Also Korean logistics firms need to improve their scale and scope of business and extend business network with Korean firms in China and Chinese firms. Korean government also have to help Korean logistics firms by providing policy incentives.
