국문 초록

  본 논문에서는 부산항의 물류단지화를 하기위해 필요한 항만배후공간의 현황과 문제점 그리고 효율적 이용방안에 대해서 살펴보고 물류단지화에 따른 지역경제효과를 분석하였다. On-Dock Terminal이 시행된 경우, 2000년 기준 컨테이너 터미널 사용료의 절감액은 무려 430억원에 달하며, 이는 수출입화물 해상운임의 0.33% 및 수출입 금액의 0.011%에 상당하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 이러한 터미널 사용료의 절감은 부산지역의 전체산업의 0.1255%의 평균적인 가격인하 효과를 유발하며, 직접적인 생산 증가액은 약 1,260억원으로 추정되었으며, 직？간접적으로 유발되는 모든 생산유발액은 1,912억원으로 추정되었다. 또한 부산지역의 부가가치 유발효과는 전체 1,260억원이며, 제1차금속이 4.811874로 가장 높게 나타났다. On-Dock Terminal로 인한 직？간접적 고용유발효과는 ODCY 폐쇄에 따라 상당 부분 상쇄될 것으로 예상되고 있어 순고용 유발은 상대적으로 적을 것으로 예상되었다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to present the development of logistics center and the regional economic effects in Busan Port, Korea. This paper is mainly based on the analysis of secondary & survey data and a review of the research reports and papers. Section three attempts to investigate the actual conditions and the problems of the hinterland in Busan Port. Development strategies of logistics center in the hinterland and the solution to the problems are presented in section four. The regional economic effects are identified in the fifth section and the regional input-output model is used to analyze the economic structure of Busan . The port is the place of contact between land and maritime spaces, and it provides services to both hinterland and maritime organization. Its primary function is to transfer goods vessels to land or to inland carriers, and vice versa. Recently, the volume of transshipment cargo has increased rapidly in Busan port. To this end, better integrated logistic center should be constructed within the hinterland of Busan port. The method of effective development in the hinterland as follow : First, One story bonded warehouse located in general pier must be reconstructed high tech and high storied logistic center like singapore or hong-kong. Second, the system should be changed to use easily exclusive pier(pier 8) of the U.S. Armed Forces in Korea when the U.S. navy transport ship doesn"t be in pier 8. Third, Yong-Dang area have to be developed the hinterland in Busan port. It will be a great help to solve the insufficient container yard and make up for the weak logistic function. There are some regional economic effect in case of achieving the logistic center. The most typical thing is to be introduced On-Dock Terminal. It can be cut down terminal handling charge, changed goods rate and the price of exportation and importation. In the end, Busan port"s ranking will rise in global competitiveness.
