국문 초록

  인터넷이 상업용으로 이용되면서 전자상거래의 규모가 급속히 확산하고 있다. 전자상거래의 높은 성장은 인터넷이 새로운 경제성장의 원동력으로 인식되고 있다. 인터넷은 시장의 주도권이 소비자 중심으로 전환되는 장점이 있다. 기업의 입장에서도 여러 가지 경제적 효과를 가져올 수 있을 것으로 평가되고 있다. 특히 인터넷무역의 경우 국가 간 장벽이나 지리적 제한이 존재하지 않기 때문에 시장조사, 마케팅 등 기업활동의 무대를 전 세계로 넓힐 수 있는 좋은 수단이기 때문에 전 세계를 대상으로 글로벌 마케팅이 가능하다. 인터넷무역은 글로벌 마케팅이 가능하고 거래처 발굴이 용이하기 때문에 저렴하고 손쉽게 무역기회를 창출할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 장점과 동시에 인터넷은 수많은 경로를 통해 정보를 전달하거나 수신되기 때문에 검증되지 않은 정보를 접할 가능성이 높고 익명과 비 대면으로 이루어지기 때문에 이를 통해 발생하는 리스크도 커지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 중국 인터넷무역의 현황을 살펴보고 이를 통해 인터넷무역의 위험성을 분석하고 그 위험성을 예방할 수 있는 몇 가지 방안을 제시하고 있다. 인터넷무역 위험성 예방에 상당 부분이 무역업체들의 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 위험성 예방을 위해서는 제도적인 접근도 중요하나 무역보다 무역업체 스스로 세심한 주의와 철저한 사전작업이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

  The requirements oninternet to the e-commerce trade going smoothly is not turning off yourself but guarantying the mutual contact, communication and operation. Through the trade risk analysis we took on the internet presently, we have found the most effectiveway to full play e-commerce’s proper role.
  The problems involved in the safety are mainly reflected in the payment. The bank should improve and perfect its payment facility as soon as possible. Or we can never begin the true e-commerce with extricating the bank.
  According to the point of expert, the requirements on internet to the e-commerce trade going smoothly is not turning off yourself but guarantying the mutual contact, communication and operation. So the key task we faced is through the trade risk analysis we took on the internet to find the most effective way to full play e-commerce’s proper role. The future trade on internet has the trend of stereoscopic structure which can achieve the mutual manipulate with other net safety products and provide integrate net safeguard. It will ensure the trade of e-commerce on internet while the people’s sincere and earnest awareness has strengthened. The human-oriented design will be more take into consider in the module design of internet trade in the future and the intimate service will make the two parties in trade more safety and comfortable.
