국문 초록

  세계 경제구조의 국제화 추이가 가속되고 있는 시점에서 문화관광산업이 국제적 경쟁력을 확보하는 것은 거시적으로는 한국경제의 발전을 위한 충분조건이며, 미시적으로는 관광기업의 생존을 위한 전제조건이 되고 있다. 또한 이러한 국제적 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 관광산업에 대한 지속적 투자가 담보되어야 하며, 이러한 지속적 투자의 담보는 관광산업 경영성과의 계량적이고 객관적인 평가가 전제되어야 한다. 그러나 관광산업에서는 경영성과의 계량적인 분석과 이에 토대한 합리적인 경영의사결정에 관한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주가수익률을 이용한 관광산업의 경영성과에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 또한 Fama-MacBeth 3-요인모형을 이용하여 관광산업 경영성과 영향요인에 대해서도 분석함으로써 관광산업의 합리적이고 효율적인 경영의사결정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 본 논문의 주된 목적이다.

영문 초록

  This study measures an industry related tourism management result by the management analysis that used the KOSDAQ stocks rate of return. And be businesslike by management strategy introduction of an tourism related company in the stocks rate of return, and establish a scientific foundation Therefore, set up 2 of the following as a study purpose in this study. First, a tourism allied industry of market recognizes value and specific gravity to do with a market and a comparative analysis doing the first, KOSDAQ through a business analysis of the tourism allied industry that used the stocks rate of return with the object. This study analyzes l that it is a danger (β) is delivered through a Fama-Macbeth transection return analysis and book value to market value (BE/ME), company scale (Size) can explain a result of a layman company to an individual tourism allied industry. of return that used a traditional financial index or EVA. Study looks in the future because it is more meaningful to consider more factors besides these three factors at the same time.
