영문 초록

  In this paper I will prove Unmuk"s unification of Buddhism in "Eulogy of Shakyamuni Tathagatha"s Record of Performances(釋迦如來行蹟頌)". Unmuk"s Buddhism is based the critical classification of the Buddha"s teaching by T"ien t"ai school(天台敎判論), and the perfectly harmonious triple truth of T"ien t"ai school(天台一心三觀). On the basis of the perfectly harmonious triple truth of T"ien t"ai school Unmuk says unification of Buddhism. More- over he says unification of the method of buddhist self discipline(修行方法). This is a special feature in Unmuk"s unification of Buddhism. It is Unmuk who performs not only unification of Zen and Kyo(敎) Buddhism but also unification of the method of buddhist self discipline.
  But there is problem in Unmuk"s unification of Buddhism. It is contradiction between the critical classification of the Buddha"s teaching by T"ien t"ai school(天台敎判論) and unification of Buddhism. If you assert the critical classification of the Buddha"s teaching by T"ien t"ai school then you must distort unification of Buddhism. If you assert unification of Buddhism then you must damage the critical classification of the Buddha"s teaching by T"ien t"ai school. Unmuk does not know this contradiction.
