영문 초록
This research was to measure twenty items of four factors in physique and twenty eight items of six factors in physical fitness to compare and analize the characterstic of physique and physical fitness of five sports departments in K-university.
The results were as follows:
A. Physique
Of each measured item, it was indicated that in each group there was clear no difference in Girth of Chest.
1. Length.
Results indicated that basketball players(185.83±4.33㎝) received the highest score in Body Height during measurement, while gymnastic players(165.86±5.09㎝) received the lowest.
2. Girth
Basketball players(93.33±5.02㎝) received the highest score in Girth of The Chest, while gymnastic players(90.82±3.72㎝) received the lowest.
3. Weight
Basketball players(80.52±7.08) received the highest score in Weight, while gymnastic players(63.53±6.04) received the lowest.
B. Physical Fitness.
During each measurement item in Physical Fitness, results showed that there was no clear difference among each group in Grip Strenght, Sargent Jump, Respirtory Rate.
The result were as follows:
1. muscle strength
Results showed that of the players and items that received the highest score in the factors of muscle strength, basketball players(97.75±13.26㎏) were in Back Strength also, Results showed that of the group that received the lowest score, ice-hockey players(71.90±16.97㎏) were in Back Strength.
2. Muscle Endurance
Results showed that Gymnastic players(62.00±2.26회) received the highest score in Sit Up, while baseball players(52.90±6.90회) received the lowest score in Sit-Up.
3. Power
At the record of Sargent Jump used in measuring Power, Gymnastic players(60.30±4.27㎝) received the highest score, while Soccer players(55.00±4.09㎝) received the lowest.
4 Agility
At the record of Jumping & Steping Test used in measuring Agility, Soccer players(30.04±2.40회) received the highest score, while ice hockey players(25.55±2.74회) received the lowest.
5. Flexiblity
In the factors of Flexiblity measurement, Results showed that Gymnastic players(23.25±5.18㎝) received the highest score in Trunk Flexion, while basketball players(16.83±1.99㎝) received the lowest score in Trunk Flexion.
6. Stemina On stemina factors, results showed that baseball players received the highest score in Respiratory Rate at rest(63.62±3.32beats/min) and max(189.68±7.42beats/min), while rest(57.42±5.79beats/min) and max(76.01±8.90beats/min) of basketball players received the lowest. It was indicated that Soccer players received the highest score in VO₂/W at rest(5.55±1.29㎖/min/㎏) and max(61.76±13.28㎖/min/㎏), while basketball players(3.60±0.77㎖/min/㎏) at rest and maximum is Gymnastic players(42.06±3.29㎖/min/㎏) received the lowest.
Basketball players(862.50±164.88초) received the highest score in All-Out Time, while Gymnastic players(405.00±43.56초) received the lowest.
The results were as follows:
