영문 초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate the Plato"s Yangseng Method. The Yangseng Method means the therapeutic method without medicine. The following paragraph is thought to best summarize Plato"s thought of Yangseng.
1. His Yangseng Method has the exercise of the goodness of disposition.
2. The other method is the nutrition of the simplicity.
3. Tnother method is the sex of the well disposition.
Therefore, the three requisites for the health of Plato is the goodness of disposition in the Exercise, the Nutrition and the sex.
