영문 초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate body composition and VO₂max in middle aged women after 12weeks aerobic dance. Subjects were composed of 7 middle-aged women. The training programs were warming up(10min), aerobic dance(40min), cool down(10min) for 12weeks(4frequency/week). Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference of pre and post aerobid dance. The 0.05level of significance was as critical level for the study.
The results of this study are as follow:
1. %fat was significantly(p<.01) decreased and WHR was significantly(p<.05) decreased.
2 VO₂max and VO₂max per weight were33.3㎖/min(29.2%) and 10.4㎖/㎏/min(33.2%), respectively, increased significantly(p<.01)
3. VO₂ / LBM was significantly(p<.05) 12.1㎖/㎏/min increased.
In conclusion, it is maybe thought that l2weeks aerobic dance improved body composition and cardiorespiratory function.
