Todays, due to the development of medicine to lengthen peoples span of life as the ratio of the aged population is increasing. The cause of aging is known as the decreasing of the birth ratio and the postponement of the life expectancy in korea In special, the aged groups over the eighty years are increasing. If the many people of these groups has the low BADL and IADL, so they have the difficulty of independent living. These difficulties caused to inconvenience to the themselves, families and social service for health.
To the decreasing of these problem> need to be health care in aging. So a plan for the these effect is old people"s exercise. An old age groups must be maintain themselves health in well-being state in always. Exercise is moving behaviors of the body involved in a structured program to promote several varieties of the fitness components in health. Through the exercise of the old persons, the liberty of the physical and functional and an spirit affluent will be realized. So the proper exercises must be needed.
In this paper, we proposed a self exercise program through the great variety posture of the parts of the physically for health. This program consists of the posture for minimal resistive exercise and stretching. balancing and equilibrium, so the strengthen or maintain of BADL, IADL is will be achieved.
