국문 초록

  본 연구는 지역혁신의 일환으로 클러스터가 주목되고 있는 현재 지역대학의 연구 기능이 지식클러스터 주체로서 지식 창출능력과 이전능력 및 그 잠재력을 얼마나 가지고 있는지 분석하고 아울러 그 성과에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 실증적인 연구의 대상은 두 그룹으로 나눌 수 있는데, 첫째는 부산대학교 지역협력센터(RRC)와 동일한 시기에 지역협력센터로 지정된 주요대 학교 RRC이고, 둘째는 부산대학교 주요 연구센터와 연계를 맺고 있는 기업들이다.   부산대학교 주요 기술관련 연구소 중에서 부산대 RRC와 동일한 목적으로 동일한 시점에 지정되고 동일한 정부 기관에서 지원을 받은 전국 대학의 RRC를 대상으로 하여 효율성 분석과 그 비교를 시도하였다. 기술효율성은 Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) 기법을 통하여 측정하였다. 또한 부산대학교의 주요 기술관련 연구소와 협력한 경험이 있는 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 협력의 성과 분석을 실시하였다. 이 설문조사 결과 역시 DEA기법을 통해 협력 전후의 효율차이와 업종별 효율 및 기업규모별 효율 그리고 순수기술효율성(PTE : Pure Technical Efficiency)과 규모효율성(SE : Scale Efficiency)에 대해 분석하고 클러스터내에서 거리가 효율의 차이를 결정짓는 중요한 요소인지 검토해보았다.

영문 초록

  This study aims to analyze the ability and potential of the current research function of the cluster of local universities as the main body of knowledge cluster which is being watched as part of the regional innovation and analyze the performances as well. The object of the actual research can be divided into two groups. One is the RRCs of major universities that were appointed as regional cooperation center at the same time when the RRC of Busan National University was designated. The other is the business corporations that are linked to the major research centers of Busan National University.   First, an analysis and comparison of the efficiency of performances was attempted for the RRC among the major technology-related centers at Busan National University. The RRCs of nationwide universities which were designated and supported by the government for the same period with the same purpose were used in this analysis. The technological efficiency was measured through the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA).   Second, a survey was conducted for the business corporations that had the experience of cooperation with the major technology-related research centers of Busan National University to analyze the effects of the cooperation. The result of the survey was also analyzed to find out the difference in efficiency between before and after the cooperation, efficiency in each business category and business size, and the PTE(Pure Technical Efficiency) and SE(Scale Efficiency) through the DEA technique, and reviewed whether the distance in the cluster was an important factor to decide the difference in the efficiency.
