영문 초록

The subjects of rights in the North Korea civil law are state, a juridical person, the civic, coming of age is 18 years of age. Children over sixteen years old have restrictive capacity, it is different from our the minors system and quasi-incompetent person system. The North Korea civil law don't have mental disorder system. The North Korea civil law focus on the formation of socialism, not the individual as subject of life, because the private possession of all production means is denied. So, even The North Korea civil law authorize the individual to have legal capacity as the capitalistic system, it is not equal. The North Korea civil law rests on public law to fence about communism dictatorship. The North Korea civil law free from the private possession is meaningless from the viewpoint of principle of private autonomy.
