국문 초록

본 연구는 Guildford모형이 갖는 지능 구조 이론을 배경으로 하여 한국 상황에서 적용하고 21C에 필요로 하는 인간의 능력과 결부된 직업능력, 인성, 선호도를 개념화하여 이론적 틀을 만들고 경험적으로 확인했다. 지금까지의 일반적인 적성 검사와는 달리 하나의 구인을 능력ㆍ인성ㆍ선호도의 세 차원에서 측정하는 방법을 새로 도입하였다. 그래서 한 구인에 대한 세 영역에서의 개념화와 측정을 시도하였다는 점에서 이론적 의미가 있다. 다음으로 이 연구는 직업적성의 개념의 틀위에서 각 개념을 양화하기 위한 도구 제작과정을 통해서 검사도구를 제작하였다. 각 검사의 하위특성의 요인적 의미를 확인하여 측정모형을 만들었다. 다양한 통계적 기법을 이용하여 측정하고자 하는 방법의 도입과 결과의 분석에서는 다시 각 구인별 해석을 시도하여 다양하고 타당성 있는 정보를 얻는 방법을 시도하였다는 점에서 그 방법론적 의의가 있다. 끝으로, 실제적인 측면에서의 의의는 본 검사를 통하여 직업과 대학의 학과를 결정하고자 하는 사람들에게 다양한 개인의 정보를 부여함으로써 실제적 자료를 주어 한 개인의 진로지도에 유용한 자료를 얻을 수 있다는 의미에서 실제적 가치를 갖고 있다.

영문 초록

The purposes of the study are to investigate the conceptual framework and measurement model of Gob aptitude and to develope and standardize the gob aptitude instrument. The concrete objects are as follows : 1. Finding out the concepts and meaning of gob aptitude and establishing model of conceptual framework and measurement. 2. Making validity of gob aptitude test inventory through items which secure validity of reliability of each field on the basis of model of model of job aptitude inventory. The job aptitude test was constructed on follows: 1. Defining the concept of job aptitude through analyzing the related references. 2. Extracting the aptitude dimensions of the students by basic survey. 3. Conceptualizing the theoretical framework of the job aptitude instrument developed through professionals and theories related to job aptitude. 4. Developing the draft items by subtests. 5. Adiministering the pilot test and analyzing the pilot test results to revise and validate the draft items. The following statistical characteristics were estimated to verify the psychometric construct: face validity, construct validity, reliability, item difficulty and item discrimination etc. The job aptitude test form developed by the above procedures has the following characteristics. 1. This inventory is made to diagnosis and describe a gob aptitude related to job selection college department. 2. This is a comprehensive inventory which is composed of the ability test, personality & job preference. 3. This test is not a criteria-referenced test but a nor, referenced test.
