영문 초록

this study focuses on issues arising out of incorporation of terms of charter party into B/L. It studies the necessity of this incorporation practice and the problems there arising from, describes the different formulas of incorporation clause, analyzes the effectiveness of incorporation clause with emphasis on the judicial treatment of different kinds of incorporation clause, and finally weighs the affection of the incorporation clause on the negotiation and transfer of B/L.
