국문 초록

본 연구에서는 서일본지역 지방4항의 컨테이너터미널의 예를 들어 지방항이 가져오는 국제물류효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 지방항의 국제해상물동량에 대한 지역물동량의 탄생치와 지역중심항인 고베항물동량의 탄성치를 이용하여 국제물류 유발효과와 경로효과를 분석한 결과 조사대상항에 따라 각각 다른 결과가 도출되었다. 그러나 지방항이 가진 국제물류 유발효과는 부정할 수 없으며, 국제물류경로에 있어서도 보완효과와 대체효과가 상존하는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 고베항의 지배권 하에 있던 4현에서, 국제물류경로의 전환효과가 미미했다. 할지라도, 새로이 유발되는 국제 물류수요는 대부분 지방항으로 흡수되고 있으며, 고베항은 이미 새로운 수요에 대한 흡인력을 잃어가고 있다고 볼 수 있겠다. 또한 일본의 대부분의 지방컨테이너항에서는 한국선사에 의한 부산항과의 지선항로가 강화되어왔으며, 이를 통해 부산항을 경유하는 일본착발의 컨테이너화물이 급격히 증대되고 있다. 이러한 환적화물의 확대는 부산항을 중심으로 한 동북아 해상물류망 체제의 확립에 직접적인 원인이 되었다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

We aimed at verifying the effect on the international logistics which local container port development brings about in this research, At first, we classified the international logistics effect of local port to demand stimulation and channel conversion and measured it using the examples of 4 local container ports and port of Kobe in West Japan area, And next, we viewed the changes of international logistics that brought out by local port construction on the whole based on the analysis of relevance with port of Busan. As a result of estimation, the effect which exploitation of the international container route of local ports brought about changed with an every place region and ports, But also it can be hard to be denied that local port have evoked international logistics demand of the prefecture on the whole, On the logistics channel effect, not only alternative relation but also complementary relation was checked between local port and port of Kobe. However the greater portion of international logistics demand newly induced is absorbed to the new local container port, and finally, it can be said that port of Kobe is already losing the centripetal force for the new demand in this area.
