평생교육사 양성교육의 효과성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 우리 나라 평생교육사 양성교육의 효과를 직업능력 개발, 고용 개선, 자아실현, 사회적 네트워크 구축의 네 영역으로 나누어 분석하였다. 평생교육사 자격을 취득하고 현장에서 근무하고 있는 평생교육사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 307 명의 응답잘 분석하였다. 응답자들은 직업능력개발, 자아실현 및 사회적 네트워크 구축에 있어서는 상당한 정도로 교육 효과가 있는 것으로 인식하고 있었으나, 고용 개선 변에서는 효과가 낮은 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 네 효과 영역 중 자아실현 효과가 가장 높은 젓으로 나타났고, 다음으로 직업능력 개발 효과, 사회적 네트워크 구축 효과 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 고용 개선 효과는 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 직업능력 개발 효과 중 프로그램 개발 업무능력 개발에서 교육 효과가 가장 높은 젓으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 기획, 교수, 프로그램 운영, 마케팅, 행정 업무능력 개발 순으로 교육 효과 가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 평생교육사 양성교육 효과는 학습자의 성별, 연령, 최종학력. 수입, 교육 참여 핵심동기에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 남성이 여성보다 프로그램 개발, 마케팅, 교수 능력 개발 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 나이가 많을수록 프로그램 운영과 행정 업무능력 개발, 고용 개선 효과, 사회적 네트워크 구축 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학원 졸업 이상의 고학력자가 대학 졸업자에 며해 프로그램 개발과 프로그램 운영 업무 능력 개발 효과 및 사회적 네트워크 구축 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 300만 원 이상의 고소득 집단이 그 이하의 소득 집단에 비해 기획과 행정 업무능력 개발 효과. 자아실현 효과, 사회적 네트워크 구축 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다 교육 참여 핵심동기별로 볼 때 외재적 동기를 가진 학습자가 내재적 옹기를 가진 학습자보다 기획 업무능력 개발 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to examine the effectiveness of the lifelong-educator education and training programmes for four areas: professional ability development; the enhancement of the quality of employment; self-realization; and the construction of the social network. A survey questionnaire method was employed and the responses of 307 lifelong-educator certificate holders working in the field were analyzed. Respondents perceived that the education and training programme was effective on professional ability development and self-realization to a considerable degree. Its effectiveness however, was perceived to be low for the enhancement of the quality of work and the construction of the social network. Among the four areas of effectiveness, the effectiveness for self-realization was the highest followed by professional ability development. the construction of the social network and the enhancement of the quality of employment in a descending order. Among the effectiveness for professional ability development. the effectiveness for developing the programme development ability was the highest followed by the ability for planning, teaching, programme operation, marketing, and administration. The effectiveness of the lifelong-educator education and training programmes was found to differ by leamer's characteristics. The effectiveness for male educators, graduate degree holders and high income educators appeared to be higher than that for their counterparts: female educators, university or junior vocational college degree holders and low income educators. The older an educator is, the higher the effectiveness is. Learners having the extrinsic motivation for the educational participation are found to perceive the higher effectiveness than those having the intrinsic motivation.
