유아의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 유아 생태소양에 관한 탐색적 논의

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 생태소양 함양 정도를 파악하고, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 유아의 생태소양에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 2016년 07월 27일~8월 31일까지 서울 7곳, 경기 24곳, 충청 10곳, 전라 10곳, 경상 20곳, 강원 2곳, 총 6 지역 73곳에 만 4~5세 유아 1,249명과 이들을 담당하고 있는 교사 128명을 대상으로 하였다. 이를 위해 임진경(2017)이 활용한 유아 생태소양 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS23프로그램, AMOS 22 프로그램을 이용하여 표본과 모집단 구성 비율의 차이, 빈도분석, 전 문항 응답 값의 평균, 표준편차, 빈도, 백분율, 문항 간 신뢰도분석, 독립표본 t-검정, 일원분산분석 및 Scheffe 사후분석, Welch-Aspin 검정, Welch 검정을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아의 인구사회학적 특성(기관유형, 성별, 연령, 거주지역)에 따른 유아의 생태소양의 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 유아들의 생태소양 수준을 구체적으로 확인함으로써 추후 유아기 대상 생태소양 프로그램 구성에 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the standards of ecological literacy of children and to examine the ecological literacy of young children by demographic and sociological characteristics. From July 27 to August 31, 2016, this study targeted 1,249 young children aged 4 to 5 and 128 teachers in charge of them in charge of them across 73 locations in Seoul, 24 in Gyeonggi, 10 in Chungcheong, 10 in Jeolla, 20 in Gyeongsang, and 2 in Gangwon. The research tool for this study was ecological literacy scale for young children developed by Lim Jin-kyung(2017). The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS23 program and AMOS 22 program, frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage, reliability analysis between all question response values, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe's post-analysis, Welch-Aspin test, and Welch test. The results of this study identified specific differences in the ecological literacy level of young children based on their demographic characteristics, including type of institution, gender, age, and residential area. These findings will serve as foundational data for the development of future ecological literacy programs targeted at early childhood.
