고학력 어머니의 양육스트레스 극복을 위한 부모코칭프로그램 탐색 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 고학력 어머니들이 자녀를 양육하는 과정에서 경험하는 양육스트레스 원인 및 극복 전략에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이에 유아기 자녀를 양육하는 고학력 어머니 5명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였고, 사례연구 자료 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 양육스트레스 내용, 양육스트 레스 극복 전략, 양육스트레스 극복 결과로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 59개의 주제가 도출되었고, 연구자는 이를 양육스트레스의 공동성 차원에서 더욱 추상화된 수준으로 결집하여 26개의 주제가 도출되었으며, 이 주제를 묶어 12개의 핵심 주제를 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 이성, 지식, 객관적 판단에 기초한 양육방법의 구성, 남편의 양육참여, 대안적 양육방법 및 객관적 지식에 기반한 양육의 필요성이다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 양육스트레스 상황에 부모의 역량을 강화해 줄 수 있는 부모 코칭프로그램의 구성을 위한 기본 데이터를 제공한다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

영문 초록

This study examines the causes of parenting stress experienced by highly educated mothers in the process of raising their children and strategies for overcoming them. Accordingly, in-depth interviews were conducted with five highly educated mothers raising children in early childhood, and they were analyzed using the case study data analysis method. Through this, the content of parenting stress, strategies for overcoming parenting stress, and results of overcoming parenting stress were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, 59 themes were derived, and the researcher gathered them at a more abstract level from the level of commonality of parenting stress, resulting in 26 themes, which were grouped together into 12 core themes. The results of this study demonstrate the construction of parenting methods based on reason, knowledge, and objective judgment, the husband's participation in parenting, alternative parenting methods, and the need for parenting based on objective knowledge. Based on the results, the study is meaningful in that it provides basic data for the construction of a parent coaching program that can strengthen parents' competencies in situations of parenting stress.
