국문 초록

본 연구는 노인요양시설 입소 노인 주부양자의 부양부담과 시설 서비스만족도가 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이론적인 연구와 실증적 연구를 병행하였으며, 실증연구를 위해 경기도 부천시 소재 노인요양시설 입소 노인 주 부양자를 대상으로 2022년 2월 21일부터 3월 22일까지 편의표집된 273부의 자료를 분석한 결과는, 첫째, 노인요양시설 입소 노인 주 부양자의 부양부담은 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며 각 요인들과도 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타내고 있었다. 그 중에서도 하위변인인 사회적 부담과 정서적 부담이 세부변인으로서 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 노인요양시설에서 제공하는 시설서비스의 질이 높으면 주부양자의 삶의 질이 향상될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 이런 결과를 볼 때 노인요양시설 입소노인에게 제공되는 서비스는 주부양자와 가족들의 삶의 질에도 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to clarify whether the burden of support for the elderly's main caregivers in elderly care facilities affects facility service satisfaction and quality of life. To this end, theoretical and empirical studies were conducted, and as a result of analyzing 273 pieces of data collected conveniently from February 21 to March 22, 2022 for elderly caregivers who entered elderly care facilities in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, for empirical research, First, the burden of support for the elderly main caregivers in elderly care facilities had a direct effect on the quality of life and showed a positive (+) correlation with each factor. Among them, the social burden and emotional burden, which are sub-variables, had a significant effect on the quality of life as detailed variables. Second, it can be seen that the quality of facility services provided by elderly care facilities can improve the quality of life of main caregivers . Looking at these results, it was revealed that the services provided to the elderly in elderly care facilities have a significant effect on the quality of life of main caregivers and their families.
