사회복지전담공무원의 메타역량, 직무역량, 직무몰입 간 관계에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지전담공무원의 메타역량, 직무역량, 직무몰입 간의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 전국 7급 사회복지전담공무원을 대상으로 한 설문조사 응답자료를 활용하여 PLS 기반 구조방정식모델 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 메타역량, 직무역량, 직무몰입 간의 유의한 경로를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 메타역량은 직무역량과 직무몰입에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무역량과 직무몰입 간의 관계도 정적인 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 직무역량은 메타역량과 직무몰입 간의 관계에서 부분 매개변수로 작용하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지전담공무원의 직무몰입방안으로서의 역량개발의 의의, 사회복지 교육에서의 메타역량과 직무역량에 대한 통합적 접근방안 등을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between meta-competence, job competence, and work engagement among social workers in local government. Using data collected from social workers in local government across the country, a PLS-based structural equation model analysis was conducted. The analysis revealed significant paths among meta-competence, job competence, and work engagement. Firstly, meta-competence had a positive impact on both job competence and work engagement. Secondly, the relationship between job competence and work engagement was also found to be positive. Thirdly, job competence acted as a partial mediator in the relationship between meta-competence and work engagement. Based on the research findings, the importance of competency development for social workers in local government was discussed, as well as integrated approaches to meta-competence and job competence in social work education.
