국문 초록

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, higher education institutions worldwide quickly transitioned to online learning, and Pakistan's law schools were no exception. Since, the country's law departments are renowned for their traditional, lecture-based teaching style. To investigate the impact of this transition, this study analyzed the responses of 111 law students from Pakistan universities regarding the quality assurance of students, their online learning experiences, interactive relationships within the online courses, and challenges faced by them in online education. The study's findings suggest a transition from traditional instructor-centered legal education to a more learner-centered approach during the experience of online education during the pandemic. However, despite this transition, students still highly value instructor-centered classes based on lectures and evaluations, indicating that more work needs to be done to fully embrace a student-centered learning environment in online.
