국문 초록

본 연구는 실용무용 코레오그래피 팀의 LMX(리더와 구성원의 교환관계)와 TMX(팀 구성원의 교환관계)가 팀 몰입 및 팀 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하고 팀 경력에 따른 가설 경로의 차이를 확인하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 공연, 방송, 교육, 대회를 목적으로 운영되는 코레오그래피 팀에 소속되어 있거나 소속 경험이 있는 실용무용 전공자를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 시행하였으며 수집된 249부를 최종결과분석에 활용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 29.0 프로그램과 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며 통계기법은 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 다중집단 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, LMX는 팀 몰입과 팀 성과에 모두 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. TMX는 팀 몰입에는 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 팀 성과에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 팀 경력에 따른 경로의 차이는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 사용되지 않았던 사회적 교환관계 이론을 적용함으로써 실용무용 분야의 연구를 확장하고 효과적인 팀 관리 체제 구축을 위한 기초자료로써 활용되는 것에 목적이 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact relationships, specifically Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) and Team-Member Exchange(TMX) within practical dance choreography teams, have on team commitment and performance. Additionally, the study aims to explore differences in hypothesis paths based on team experience. To achieve this, an online survey was conducted targeting individuals with experience in or affiliation with choreography teams operating for per-formance, broadcasting, education, or competitions. A total of 249 responses were collected and utilized for the final result analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs, employing statistical techniques such as fre-quency analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multigroup analysis. The results indicate that LMX positively influences both team commitment and performance. TMX was found to have a positive impact on team commitment but did not significantly affect team performance. Furthermore, there were significant differences in paths based on team experience. The findings of this study, applying social exchange theory not previously utilized in practical dance research, aim to extend research in the practical dance domain. They also serve as foundational data for establishing effective team management systems within the field of practical dance.
