국문 초록

연구 목적은 음식점 소상공인 여가스포츠경험, 자아탄력성 및 스트레스 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 음식점을 운영하는 소상공인 208명이다. 자료 처리는 SPSS 20.0 및 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식모형분석 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음식점 소상공인 여가스포츠경험은 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 음식점 소상공인 여가스포츠경험은 자아탄력성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 음식점 소상공인 자아탄력성은 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 음식점 소상공인 여가스포츠경험, 자아탄력성 및 스트레스는 관계하는 것으로 보인다. 종합적으로, 음식점 소상공인의 긍정적 여가스포츠경험은 자아탄력성을 높이고 스트레스를 줄이는데 역할을 하는 것으로, 여가 스포츠 참여를 높일 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among leisure sports experience, ego resilience, and stress of restaurant small business owner. The subject of the study was 208 people who run restaurants. For data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. The research results are as follows. First, it has found that the leisure sports experience of restaurant small business owner affects stress. Second, it has found that the leisure sports experience of restaurant small business owner affects the self-resilience. Third, it has found that the self-resilience of restaurant small business owner affects the stress. Therefore, it seems that leisure sports experience, ego resilience, and stress of restaurant small business owner are related. Overall, the positive leisure sports experience of restaurant small business owner play a role in increasing ego resilience and reducing stress, suggesting that measures to increase leisure participation should be devised.
