자연치유 관점에서 온열요법이 디톡스에 미치는 효과 -체성분과 양자측정기 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구는 온열요법이 디톡스에 미치는 효과를 인바디(체성분)와 양자측정기를 통하여 신체의 변화가 있는지를 검증하는데 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 중년여성으로 자발적 지원자 3명이 임상에 참여하였다. 인바디를 통한 체성분중 체중, 골격근량, 체지방률, BMI, 내장지방레벨 등의 변화를 분석하고자 하였으며, 양자 측정기를 통해 간기능중에 해독기능과 지방간 함량을 파악하고자 도구를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 모든 참여자들의 인바디를 통한 체성분중 체중, 골격근량, 체지방률, BMI, 내장지방레벨의 변화는 임상전보다 임상후에 감소하였음을 확인하였다. 대상자A의 결과치에서 골격근량은 다른 대상자들에 비해 증가되어 상이함이 산출되었지만 각자의 당일 운동량에 따라 좋은 결과치를 얻을 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 양자측정기를 통해 간기능 중에 해독기능과 지방간 함량을 측정 분석하였다. 모든 대상자들의 변화는 임상전보다 임상후 감소하였음을 확인하였다. 모든 대상자들의 긍정적인 효과가 있었음을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 그중 특히 대상자A의 지방간 함량의 변화가 다른 대상자들보다 더 큰 변화로 감소되었다. 본인의 도전과 의지를 참고하여 정상 함량으로 변화될 때까지 꾸준한 온열요법을 통해 디톡스가 이루어져야 한다고 판단되었다. 이 연구를 통해 온열요법이 디톡스의 긍정적인 효과를 미치므로 모든 현대인들에게 도움이 될 가능성이 높다.

영문 초록

This study was attempted to verify whether there is any change in the body through in-body (body component) and quantum meters through the effect of heat therapy on detox. The subject of the study is as a middle-aged woman a voluntary applicant The three of us clinically I participated. First, the study confirmed that changes in weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, BMI, and visceral fat levels among all participants' body composition through in-body decreased after clinical practice. In the results of subject A, the skeletal muscle mass increased compared to other subjects and was calculated to be different, but it was confirmed that good results could be obtained according to each exercise amount. Second, detoxification function and fatty liver content during liver function were measured and analyzed through a quantum meter. It was confirmed that the change in all subjects decreased after clinical practice compared to before clinical practice. It is significant in that it was confirmed that there was a positive effect on all subjects. Among them, the change in the fatty liver content of subject A was reduced to a larger change than other subjects. It was judged that detox should be performed through constant heat therapy until the content changes to a normal content by referring to one's challenge and will. Through this study, heat therapy has a positive effect on detox, so it is highly likely to be helpful to all modern people.
