농업 종사자의 의료서비스 이용실태 및 작업치료 서비스 인식 조사

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 농업 종사자의 의료서비스 이용 실태와 작업치료 서비스에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 시행하였다. 연구방법 : 2023년 3월부터 10월까지 강원지역 농작업에 종사하는 사람 73명을 대상으로 1:1 면접설문을 실시하였다. 일반적 특성, 건강관리 상태, 의료서비스 이용정도, 의료기관 이용현황, 작업치료 서비스 인식 및 이용경험의 5개 영역 25문항으로 구성된 설문으로 자료를 수집하였다. 특히, 작업치료 서비스에 대한 내용과 의향 등을 확인하는 질문을 포함하였다. 결과 : 대부분의 대상자가 정기적으로 건강검진을 받고 있었으며(93.2%), 의료서비스 이용에는 병원의 접근성을 가장 불편한 점으로 호소하였다(41.1%). 1차 의료기관 이용비율이 56.2%로 가장 높았으며, 49.3%가 병원까지 자가용으로 30분 이내의 거리에 사는 것으로 조사되었다. 작업치료를 안다는 답변이 17.8% 조사되었으며 작업치료서비스를 받아볼 의향이 있다에는 71.2%가 그렇다고 답변하였다. 건강교육, 여가활동 등의 서비스가 제공받고 싶어 하는 영역으로 조사되었다. 결론 : 본 연구로 농촌지역에서 제공받을 수 있는 의료서비스가 제한적이고 지속적인 서비스의 제공이 이루어지지 않고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 체계적인 일상생활 및 건강관리 프로그램의 인식 확산이 필요하고, 작업치료사와 같은 전문인력과 공공의료기관의 확대를 위한 후속 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study aimed to determine the actual conditions of agricultural workers' use of medical services and their perceptions of occupational therapy services. Methods : From March to October 2023, a 1:1 interview survey was conducted with 73 individuals engaged in agricultural work in Gangwon Province. Data were collected from a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions in five areas: general characteristics, healthcare status, medical service use, medical institution use status, and occupational treatment service recognition and use experience. Questions were included to confirm the contents and intentions of the occupational therapy services. Results : Most participants underwent regular medical checkups (93.2%) and complained of the hospital's accessibility as the most inconvenient point for using medical services (41.1%). The rate of use of primary medical institutions was the highest at 56.2%, 49.3% live within 30 minutes drive to the hospital. Of the total respondents, 17.8% knew about occupational therapy, and 71.2% were willing to receive occupational therapy services. It was identified as an area that wanted to receive services such as health education and leisure activities. Conclusion : This study discovered that medical services that can be provided in rural areas are limited, and that there are insufficient service institutions for continuous management. To provide systematic daily life and healthcare programs, it was found that the expansion of professional personnel and public medical institutions such as occupational therapists is necessary, and this study could be used as basic data for related research in the future.
