노인의 사회적 참여 향상을 위한 중재에 대한 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 사회적 참여를 증진시키기 위한 중재에 대한 연구 동향을 살펴보고 적용되고 있는 중재 방법을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 분석 대상 논문은 PubMed, Embase, Web of Science의 데이터베이스를 사용하여 추출하였다. 검색 기간은 2013년 1월부터 2023년 8월까지 설정했다. 검색어는 (“elderly” or “older adult” or “old adult” or “senior”) AND (“social participation” or “social engagement”) AND (“intervention” or “program”)로 하였다. 결과 : 최종 5편의 연구를 분석한 결과 중재 종류는 미술 프로그램 1편, 그룹 프로그램 2편, 운동 프로그램 1편, 인지 및 운동 프로그램 1편으로 구분되었다. 연구 결과에 따르면 그룹 프로그램이 가장 많이 사용되며 2편 모두 유의한 사회적 참여의 증가를 나타냈다. 결론 : 노인의 사회적 참여 향상을 위한 중재에서 그룹 프로그램은 유의미한 효과를 나타내는 것을 볼 수 있다. 그룹 프로그램이 대상자의 사회적 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈기 때문에 그룹 프로그램을 하는 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study examines research trends in interventions to increase social participation among older adults and analyze the interventions that are being applied. Methods : We conducted a systematic review using the PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases to retrieve relevant papers. The search period ranged from January 2013 to August 2023. Our search terms were structured as (“elderly” OR “older adult” OR “senior”) AND (“social participation” OR “social engagement”) AND (“intervention” OR “program”). Results : Following the analysis of the five studies, the identified interventions included one art program, two group programs, one exercise program, and one cognitive and exercise program. Group programs were the most frequently employed interventions, and both cases demonstrated a significant increase in social participation. Conclusion : Group programs have a significant effect on the context of social participation interventions for older adults. As the group program had a positive effect on social participation intervention, such programs should be implemented more.
