대졸 신입사원 연구 동향과 개입방안 제언

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에 발표된 대졸 신입사원에 대한 연구의 동향을 알아보고, 대학과 기업 에 이들을 위한 심리적 지원방안을 제언하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 1989년부터 2021년까지 33년간 학술지와 학위논문으로 발표된 63편을 대상으로 연도별, 연구 분야별, 연구방법별, 연구주제별로 분석하였다. 연도별로는 1989년에 처음 발표된 것으로 나타났고, 2011년 이후 지금까지 10여 년간 51편(81%0）이 발행되었다. 최근 다양한 연구분야에서 대졸 신입사원을 대상으로 한 연구가 현장의 필요에 의해 활발하게 진행 되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 분야별로는 교육학 29편(46%), 경영/경제학 13편 (20.6%), 심리학 분야 12편(19.1%) 순으로 나타났는데, 특히 교육학 분야에서 연구가 절반 이상 진행됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 연구방법별로는 양적연구 49편(77.8%), 질적연구 14편(22.2%）으로 분석되었고, 연구주제별로는 외부지원이나 프로그램 적용보다 개인내적 요인에 대한 연구가 51편(81%）로 분석되었는데 주로 직업적응, 이직의도와 관련된 내용이었다. 학문분야에 따라 특별히 더 많이 이루어진 연구는 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대졸 신입사원을 ‘대학에서 직장으로’ 이행하는 한 개인으로서의 적응과정으로 보고 본 연구의 시사점과 개입방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the trends of research on college graduate newcomers published in Korea and to suggest psychological support measures for universities and companies. To this end, 63 articles published in academic journals and degree papers for 33 years from 1989 to 2021 in Korea were analyzed by year, research field, research method, and research topic. By year, it was first published in 1989, and 51 (81%) have been published for more than a decade since 2011. Recently, it was confirmed that research on new college graduates in various research fields is being actively conducted due to the needs of the field. By research field, 29 articles (46%) in pedagogy, 13 articles (20.6%) in business/economics, and 12 articles (19.1%) in psychology, and it was confirmed that more than half of the research was conducted in the field of pedagogy. By research method, 49 quantitative studies (77.8%) and 14 qualitative studies (22.2%) were analyzed, and by research subject, 51 studies (81%) were analyzed on individual internal factors rather than external support or program application, mainly related to j ob adaptation and turnover intention. No more studies have been found, especially in the academic field. Based on these research results, the implications and intervention measures of this study were discussed, seeing college graduate newcomers as an individual adaptation process to transition from 'university to work'.
