국문 초록

본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 심리사회적 안녕감이 권리존중양육에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성과 양육스트레스의 순차매개효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 설문조사기관을 통해 부산, 울산, 경남 지역에 거주하는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 400명을 최종 연구 대상으로 하여 자료를 수집하고, SPSS 26.0 프로그램과 Macro 4.1 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어머니의 심리사회적 안녕감, 가족건강성 및 양육스트레스는 권리존중양육에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 심리사회적 안녕감이 권리존중양육에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성과 양육스트레스의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 심리사회적 안녕감이 권리존중양육에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성과 양육스트레스의 순차매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 어머니의 권리존중양육을 높이기 위해서는 어머니의 삶에 대한 만족도와 긍정적 인식을 높일 수 있는 구체적인 심리적 지원이 필요하다는 것과 가족이 적절하게 기능하며 서로 수용하고 협력하는 가족문화 형성의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the sequential mediating effects of family strength and parenting stress on the relationship between the psychosocial well-being of mothers with young children and parenting respectful of child rights. The participants were 400 mothers living in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam in South Korea. The data collected through questionnaire surveys were analyzed using descriptive statistics, moment-correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 and Macro 4.1 programs. The findings revealed the following. First, correlations were present between the mother's psychosocial well-being, family strength, parenting stress, and parenting respectful of child rights, which affected parenting respectful of child rights. Second, the mediating effect of family strength and parenting stress was significant in the relationship between the mother's psychosocial well-being and parenting respectful of child rights. Third, the sequential mediating effect of family strength and parenting stress in the relationship between the mother's psychosocial well-being and parenting respectful of child rights. was also significant. These findings highlight the need for specific psychological support to enhance the mother's role as a caregiver as well as her life satisfaction and positive self-perception to promote child rights respectful parenting. This study also emphasizes the importance of family support in child-rearing.
