예비교사들의 연구활동 경험에 관한 연구 : K대학교 교육연구 지원 사업을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사역량 함양의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 예비교사들의 연구활동을 탐색하여 어떠한 경험을 하는지 확인하는 것이라 할 수 있다. K대학교 교육연구 지원 사업에 참여한 총 9명의 학생을 면담하여 질적분석을 실시하였으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다.예비교사들은 연구활동을 통해 의사소통 능력 함양, 협업 능력 함양, 문제해결능력 함양을 경험하였다. 의사소통 능력 함양에는 대화와 타협을 통한 역할 분배, 경청과 설득을 통한 주제 선정, 내용 수정 단계에서의 치열한 의견 조정 등이 확인되었다. 협업의 경험에는 공동 목적 공유, 의견 교환을 통해 생각의 격차 좁히기, 질의응답을 통한 지도교수와의 상호작용이 있다. 문제해결능력 함양 경험에는 연구과정 중 어려움 직면, 연구과정 중 어려움 극복, 연구과정 중 어려움 극복을 위한 동력 생성 등이 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교육연구 지원 사업의 참여 동기에 관한 연구 실시, 교육연구 지원 사업의 목표 역량 재구성, 연구활동을 바탕으로 한 대안적 교육과정 마련, 내실있는 연구활동 운영을 위한 방안 등을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore pre-service teachers’ participation experience in research activities and identify how such research participation has enhanced the level of their teacher competency. A total of nine students who participated in the K University‘ s educational research support project were interviewed and qualitative analysis was conducted, and the main results are as follows. Pre-service teachers experienced cultivation of communication skills, cooperation skills, and problem-solving skills through research activities. In cultivating communication skills, role distribution through dialogue and compromise, topic selection through listening and persuasion, and fierce adjustment of opinions in the content revision stage were confirmed. Moreover, Experiences of collaboration include sharing common purposes, narrowing the gap in thoughts through exchange of opinions, and interaction with advisors through question-and-answer. In addition, Experiences of cultivating problem-solving skills include facing difficulties during the research process, overcoming difficulties during the research process, and generating power to overcome difficulties during the research process. Based on these research results, it was suggested to conduct further research on investigating the motivation for participating in educational research support projects, reorganize the target capabilities of educational research support projects, and prepare an alternative curriculum that can utilize the advantages of research activities.
