국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생 자녀-부모 진로 일치도(adolescent-parents career congruence scale) 척도를 번안하고 우리나라 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 타당화하는 것이다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 1, 2차 역번안, 전문가 내용타당도 검증, 대학생 대상 안면타당도 검증, 예비조사 및 본조사를 실시하였고, 본조사의 경우 우리나라 대학교 3, 4학년 학생 523명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 척도를 타당화하였다. 분석 결과, 자녀-부모 진로 일치도의 내적 일치도 계수는 .80 이상으로 양호하였다. 구인 타당도 확인 결과, 원척도와 마찬가지로 2요인 모형으로 요인 구조가 도출되었고 수렴타당도 또한 기준치를 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 이후 준거타당도 확인 결과, 자녀-부모 진로 일치도는 진로관련 부모 행동의 지지와 관여부족, 그리고 진로선택몰입과 통계적으로 유의한 상관을 보였다. 상기 연구 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to adapt the scale of adolescent-parents career congruence and validate it for four-year university students in Korea. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey of 523 third and fourth year university students in Korea was conducted to validate the scale. In order to validate the scale, the first and second reverse revisions, expert content validity verification, face validity verification for university students, preliminary and main surveys were conducted. As a result of the analysis, the internal consistency coefficient of adolescent-parent career congruence was good at .8 or higher. As a result of confirming the construct validity, the factor structure was derived with a two-factor model as in the original scale, and the convergent validity also showed that the standard value was met. Subsequently, as a result of criterion validity, career congruence between adolescent and parents showed a statistically significant correlation with support and lack of involvement in career-related parental behavior, and commitment to career choice. Based on the above research results, suggestions for follow-up studies were presented.
