국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 기반으로 미래사회에 대학생이 갖춰야 하는 학습리더역량에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 자기주도학습준비도, 창의적 성취의도, 초인지 학습전략을 선정하여 이들 변인 간의 관계와 학습리더역량에 미치는 영향관계를 밝히는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기지역 소재의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 770명의 대학생이며, 이들에게 검사를 실시하였다. 수집한 테이터는 SPSS 25.0프로그램과 PROCESS macro for SPSS(ver.3.5)를 사용하여 통계처리하였다. 대학생의 자기주도학습준비도가 학습리더역량에 미치는 영향에서 창의적 성취의도와 초인지 학습전략의 조절된 매개효과와 이중매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 검증방법인 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro Model 7(조절된 매개효과)과 Model 6(이중매개효과)의 적합성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 자기주도학습준비도가 학습리더역량에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 초인지 학습전략의 매개에서 창의적 성취의도의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 둘째, 자기주도학습준비도가 학습리더역량에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 창의적 성취의도와 초인지 학습전략의 이중매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 대학생들의 학습리더역량을 높이기 위해서 영향을 미치는 자기주도학습준비도, 창의적 성취의도, 초인지 학습전략을 고려하여 다양한 교육과정을 구성할 것을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to select self-directed learning readiness, creative achievement intention, and metacognitive learning strategies as variables that affect the learning leader competency that university students should have in the future society based on previous studies, and to identify the relations between these variables. The subjects of this study were 770 university students enrolled in a four-year universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, and tests were conducted on them. The collected data were statistically processed using SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS macro for SPSS (ver.3.5). In order to verify the moderated mediation effect and dual mediation effect of creative achievement intention and metacognitive learning strategy in the effect of self-directed learning readiness on learning leader competency, the suitability of PROCESS macro Model 7 (moderated mediation effect) and Model 6 (dual mediation effect) of Hayes (2013) was verified. The research results are as follows. First, the moderated effect of creative achievement intention was confirmed in the mediation of metacognitive learning strategy in the relationship in which university students' self-directed learning readiness affects learning leader competency. Second, the dual mediation effect of creative achievement intention and metacognitive learning strategy was confirmed in the relationship in which self-directed learning readiness affects learning leader competency. Based on these results, it was proposed to organize various curriculums in consideration of self-directed learning readiness, creative achievement intention, and metacognitive learning strategies that affect university students' learning leader competency.
