자폐스펙트럼장애를 위한 작업치료 중재법에 대한 고찰연구 -국내 연구논문을 중심으로-

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애를 대상으로 작업치료사에 의해 중재된 2010년부터 2020년까지 발표 된 국내학술지와 학위논문을 분석하여 주요 연구 분야와 동향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2010년 1월부터 2020년 4월까지 발표된 국내학술지와 학위논문 총 22편의 논문을 국회도서 관과 한국연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service; RISS)를 통해 대상으로 선정하여 연구수준, 중재방법, 종속변인과 분석도구 등을 분석하였다. 주요 검색어는 ‘자폐’, ‘작업치료’, ‘감각통합’ 을 사용하였다. 결과 : 분석결과 최근 10년 동안 발표된 실험 논문들의 연구형태는 단일대상연구가 54.5%로 가장 많았고, 다음으로 단일그룹 전후비교와 그룹 간 전후비교, 무작위실험 순이었다. 연구에 포함된 대상자의 연령은 0세에서 12세와 0세에서 6세의 범위가 각 36.4%로 가장 많은 비중을 차지했다. 가장 많이 사용된 중 재법으로는 감각통합치료로 22편중 14편의 연구가 감각통합치료를 자폐아동을 위한 중재법으로 사용하 였다. 측정된 종속변인은 행동수준과 작업수행, 감각통합기능, 인지 및 지각, 운동기능 영역 순으로 나타 났다. 감각프로파일(SP)이 가장 많이 사용된 측정도구로 나타났고 다음으로 캐나다 작업수행 측정 (Canadian Occupational Performance Measure; COPM)과 비디오 기록법(video recording)이 많이 사용된 측정도구로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 최근 10년간 자폐스펙트럼장애에 대한 작업치료사의 연구 형태와, 수준, 대상연령, 연구분야를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이는 추후 자폐스펙트럼장애를 위한 한국작업치료의 연구와 교육방향을 계획하는 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the major research fields and trends of autism spectrumdisorder ｂy analyzing domestic academic journals and dissertations published from 2010 to 2020 and mediated byoccupational therapists. Methods: To analyze the level of research, intervention methods, dependent variables, and analysis tools, a total of22 papers from January 2010 to April 2020 were selected through the National Assembly Library and the RISS. The key search terms were ‘자폐’, ‘작업치료’, and ‘감각통합’. Results: Among the studies released over the past 10 years, a ‘Single subject research design’ was the largest at54.5%, followed by ‘One group non-randomized study’, ‘Two groups non-randomized study’, and a ‘RandomizedControl Trial (RCT)’. The most frequently used independent variable was ‘Sensory integration therapy’, of which14 out of 22 studies used sensory integration therapy as an intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD),and the dependent variables were ‘Behavior level’ and ‘Occupational performance’, followed by ‘Sensoryintegration function’, ‘Cognition & perception’, and ‘Motor function’. A Sensory Profile (SP) was the mostcommonly used measurement tool, followed by the ‘Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM)’ and‘Video recording’. Conclusion: Through this literature review, we were able to find and understand the occupational therapist researchtrend for ASD. In addition, this study can be used as basic data to plan the research and education direction ofKorean occupational therapy for autism spectrum disorders.
