국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사들을 대상으로 대인관계능력 및 감정노동과 직무스트레스와의 관련성 을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 전국의 임상에서 근무하는 295명의 작업치료사를 대상으로 SNS를 통하여 설문조사를 실시하 였으며, 설문 문항은 총 60문항으로 일반적 특성 9문항, 대인관계능력 18문항, 감정노동 9문항, 직무스 트레스 24문항으로 구성되었다. 결과 : 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향은 고용형태에서 정규직이 비정규직보다 직무스트레스가 높았으며 급여 가 300만원 이상인 군에서 낮았다. 대인관계능력 전체영역과 그 하위변인인 신뢰감이 높아질수록 직무 스트레스는 낮았고, 감정노동 전체영역과 하위 변인인 감정노동의 빈도 및 감정표현에 대한 주의에서는 그 정도가 높아질수록 직무스트레스가 높았다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 작업치료사들의 대인관계능력과 감정노동은 직무스트레스와 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 작업치료사들이 업무를 수행함에 있어 ‘신뢰감’등 대인관계능력의 증진과 감정 노동의 관리가 필요하며, 앞으로 보건의료서비스의 질 관리를 위하여 직무스트레스와 관련된 다양한 연구가 더 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the association of interpersonal competence and emotional labor with job stress in occupational therapists. Methods: The subjects of the study were 295 occupational therapists in Korea. All correspondence was conducted through SNS, and the analyzed questionnaires consisted of 9 items on general and job characteristics, 18 items on interpersonal skills, 9 items on emotional labor, and 24 items on job stress. Results: The type of employment and payment were associated with job stress. Total interpersonal competence and trust showed negative associations with job stress. Total emotional labor and frequency of emotional display and attentiveness to required displaying of rules showed a positive association with job stress. Conclusion: In this study, we found an association between interpersonal competence and emotional labor with job stress of Korean occupational therapists. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the interpersonal skills of occupational therapists such as their trust and to manage their emotional labor when performing their job. In addition, there is a need to conduct further studies related to job stress in terms of interpersonal competence and emotional labor for quality healthcare management.
