펜데믹 상황에서 장애인의 긍정 및 부정감정, 스트레스 그리고 행복감의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 장애인들의 코로나19 전후의 운동량의 변화, 건강상태의 변화 차이와 긍·부정의 감정과 스트레스 그리고 행복의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구조사는 2022년 9월 7일부터 2023년 2월 28일에 장애인을 대상으로 이루어졌고, 편의표본 추출방법으로 총 281부를 분석에 사용하였다. 조사대상은 남자 138(49.1%)명, 여자 143(50.9%)명이었으며, 평균 나이는 47(47.36)세로 나타났다. SPSSWIN Ver 27.0을 이용하여 자료처리를 하였으며, 탐색적요인분석, 상관관계분석, 대응표본 t-검증, 회귀분석을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다: 첫째, 코로나 전과 후를 비교한 결과 본인의 건강정도와 운동의 참여율 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정적감정과 부정적감정 모두 스트레스의 하위변수인 지각된무력감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 자기효능감부족에는 긍정적 감정만 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 긍정적감정과 부정적감정, 지각된무력감, 자기효능감부족 모두 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 코로나19 이후의 장애인들의 정보시스템 활용, 장애인을 위한 복지프로그램, 장애인들의 여가접근성, 장애인들에 대한 인식개선 방안 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to explore the relationships among positive and negative emotions, stress, and happiness according to the variation of exercise and health status before and after COVID-19 among people with disabilities. The study was conducted from September 7th, 2022 to February 28th, 2023. A total of 281 copies were used for final analysis by utilizing a convenience sampling method. The general characteristics of the survey subjects were 138 males (49.1%) and 143 females (50.9%), with an average of 47 (47.36) years old. Data were analyzed by using exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, paired sample t-test, and regression analysis. The results of the current study are as follows: First, as a result of comparing before and after COVID-19 pandemic, significant differences were found in participants' health status and exercise participation rate. Second, both positive and negative emotion had a significant effect on perceived helplessness, which is a sub-variable of stress. Only positive emotion had a significant effect on loss of self-efficacy. Finally, all factors, including positive emotions, negative emotions, perceived helplessness, and self-efficacy had a significant effect on happiness. The findings of this study propose the diverse use of information system, welfare program, accessibility of leisure service, and change of perception for the disabled.
