국문 초록

본 연구는 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 통해 학교컨설팅의 의뢰주제와 해결과제를 분석하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적에 따라 한국교육개발원에서 2014년부터 2015년까지 실시한 학교평가 후속 컨설팅 결과보고서를 대상으로 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 실시하였다. 다양한 컨설팅 영역 중 학교문화를 중심으로 의뢰주제와 이에 대한 해결과제를 분석함으로써 단위학교에서 학교 구성원들이 직면해 있는 상황 또는 문제의 주요 내용을 파악하여 교육 정책에 주는 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 컨설팅 의뢰주제로는 교사전문성 신장, 교원업무 경감, 학생중심 문화 조성과 관련된 문제들이 주로 나타났다. 둘째, 의뢰주제에 대한 해결과제 내용을 분석한 결과 교사전문성 신장을 위한 과제로는 교과와 수업에 관련된 연구활동이 중시되었고, 교사 간, 학교 간 전문성 공유 및 관계 형성을 통한 교사학습동아리, 교과연구회, 연수 등이 제시되었다. 교원업무 경감을 위한 과제로는 업무의 효율성을 중시한 업무환경 조성과 교장 리더십이 강조되었다. 또한 학생중심 문화조성을 위한 과제로는 학생자치활동과 동아리활동의 필요성이 제시되었다. 이에 대한 논의를 통해 교육정책에 주는 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the task of request and resolution of school consulting through network text analysis. For the purpose of the research, we conducted network text analysis on the results of subsequent consulting on school evaluations conducted from 2014 to 2015 by the Korea Educational Development Institute. Among the various consulting areas, it was intended to identify the main contents of the situation or problems faced by school members in unit schools and derive implications for education policies by analyzing the requested tasks and solving them centered on school culture. As a result of the analysis, first of all, request tasks related to the promotion of teacher expertise, reduction of teacher work, and the creation of a student-centered culture were mainly found in unit schools. Second, as a result of analyzing the contents for solving the requested tasks, to share expertise among teachers and schools, and to emphasize research activities for enhancing the teachers' expertise, the teacher professional learning community, academic research groups, and training were suggested. The solution to reducing teachers' work was to create a work environment that emphasizes the efficiency of work, and the principal's leadership. In addition, the need for student self-governing activities and club activities were suggested as tasks for creating a student-centered culture. Through discussions on this issue, we proposed implications for education policies.
