수업컨설팅 질적자료의 의미연결망분석을 통해서 본 원격수업 설계 및 운영

국문 초록

이 연구는 대학의 원격수업컨설팅 보고서 질적자료의 키워드와 의미연결망을 분석한 것이다. G대학교의 2020-2021년 원격수업컨설팅 보고서 45편의 질적자료를 KrKwic과 UCINET을 이용하여 키워드 추출과 중심성 그리고 의미연결망분석을 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 좋은 원격수업을 위해 제시된 주요 키워드는 ‘시간관리’, ‘목소리’, ‘내용’, ‘설명’, ‘상호작용’, ‘수업설계’, ‘콘텐츠’, ‘주의집중’, ‘영상’ 순이었다. 둘째, ‘영상’, ‘콘텐츠’, ‘시간’, ‘내용’, ‘설명’, ‘집중’, ‘참여’, ‘과제’는 연결정도중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성에 있어서 높은 순위를 차지하였다. 셋째, 원격수업 의미연결망 구조는 원격수업 운영 전략과 원격수업 설계전략으로 나타났다. 원격수업 운영 전략 구조에서는 학습자의 주의집중을 고려한 시간관리, 영상과 콘텐츠 제작 그리고 상호작용을 보여주었다. 원격수업 설계 구조에서는 학습내용, 동기, 과제 설계전략 등이 제시되었고 이러한 결과는 원격수업 개선에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the keywords, centrality, and semantic networks of qualitative data in the distance learning instructional consulting report being conducted in universities. Keywords and centrality were confirmed using KrKwic and UCINET for the qualitative data of 45 distance learning instructional consulting reports from G University in 2020–2021. The results of the analysis were as follows: Firstly, the main keywords suggested for good distance learning are as follows: 'time management', 'voice', 'content', 'explanation', 'interaction', 'instructional design', 'content', 'attention', and 'video'. Secondly, 'video', 'content', 'time', 'content', 'explanation', 'concentration', 'participation', and 'task' rank evenly high in-degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. Thirdly, the semantic network structure of distance learning could be divided into distance learning management strategy and distance class design. The semantic network of the distance class management strategy showed the importance of ‘time management’, ‘video and content production ’, and ‘interaction’ considering learners' attention. In the distance class design strategy, ‘learning content design’, ‘motivation design’, and ‘task design strategy, etc. were presented, and these results can provide implications for improving distance classes.
