국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 자아존중감이 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향에서 유아 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 G지역의 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만 3-5세의 유아 217명이다. 유아의 자아존중감을 측정하기 위해 황해익과 제희선(2016)이 개발한 유아 자아존중감 척도를 사용하였다. 유아의 자기조절력을 알아보기 위해 이채호와 최인수(2008)가 개발한 ‘교사용 유아 리더십 평가척도’를 사용하였다. 유아의 자아탄력성을 측정하기 위하여 Lebuffe와 Naglieri(1999)가 개발한 The Devereux Early Child hood Assessment(DECA)를 구희정(2010)이 번안한 것을 연구도구로 사용하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 Pearson의 적률 상관관계분석과 Baron과 Kenny가 제시한 매개회귀분석 및 Sobel’s Test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 자아존중감과 유아 자아탄력성 및 유아 리더십은 전체적으로 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 자아존중감과 유아 리더십 관게에서 유아 자아탄력성의 매개효과는 부분 매개 변수로서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the relationship between children’s self-esteem, leadership, and ego-resilience, and to find out the mediating effect of ego-resilience in the influence of children’s self-esteem on leadership. The subjects of the study were 217 children between the ages of 3 and 5 who are enrolled in an early childhood education institution in region G. Children’s self-esteem scale developed by Hwang and Je(2016) was used to measure children’s self-esteem. In order to find out the children’s leaderships, the ‘Early Childhood Leadership Assessment Scale for Teachers’ developed by Lee and Choi(2008) was used. The Devereux Early Child hood Assessment(DECA) developed by Lebuffe and Naglieri(1999), adapted by Koo(2010), was used as a research tool for early childhood ego-resilience. For the collected questionnaire data, Pearson’s moment correlation analysis, Baron and Kenny’s mediated regression analysis, and Sobel’s Test were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, children’s self-esteem, ego-resilience and leadership were found to have a positive correlation as a whole. Second, in the relationship between children’s self-esteem and leadership, the mediating effect of ego-resilience was found to have a significant effect as a partial parameter.
