국문 초록

본 연구는 초등교사 양성 교육에서 성찰의 개념을 살펴보고 예비교사의 교육실습을 성찰적 글쓰기를 통해 분석하였다. 예비교사들은 교육실습에서 초등교육에 관한 관점, 학교 현장에서 요구되는 초등교사에 대한 기대, 학생들과의 상호작용을 통한 수업 기술 체득 등 현장과 부합하는 교육관을 정립하게 되었다. 또한, 수업은 단순히 지식을 전달하는 것이 아니라 교사의 철학, 교육관, 지식, 수업 기술, 학생과의 상호신뢰와 애정을 바탕으로 하는 상호작용이고, 학생의 관심과 흥미가 고려되어야 함을 깨닫게 되었다. 초등교육실습에서 성찰적 글쓰기와 성찰적 사고의 습관은 초등교육과 예비교사의 교육관에 대한 철학적 고찰과 더불어 그동안 익힌 이론 및 핵심역량을 학교 현장에 활용하는 실천으로 이어지기 위해 유용할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study examines the concept of reflection in elementary teacher training and analyzes the educational practicum of preservice teachers through reflective writing. Preservice teachers came to establish an educational view consistent with the field, such as the perspective on elementary education in educational practicum, the expectations of elementary teachers required in the school field, and the acquisition of teaching skills through interaction with students. In addition, they realized that class is not simply the delivery of knowledge, but an interaction based on the teacher's philosophy, educational view, knowledge, teaching skills, and mutual trust and affection with the students, and the interest of the students should be considered. The habits of reflective writing and reflective thinking in elementary educational practicum will be useful for philosophical considerations on elementary education and preservice teachers' educational views, as well as for practicing of using the theories and core competencies learned so far in the school field.
