교육실습 플랫폼(G-TPP) 개발 과정에 대한 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육실습을 지원하기 위한 통합 시스템인 G 교육대학교의 교육실습 플랫폼(G-Teaching Practicum Platform: G-TPP)의 개발 과정을 종합적으로 탐색하고, 앞으로의 발전방향에 대해 논의하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 질적 연구 방법을 활용하여 G-TPP와 관련된 자료들을 수집하고, ADDIE 모형을 적용하여 G-TPP의 개발 과정을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 ADDIE 모형의 단계에 따라 다음과 같이 논의되었다: ① 요구분석, ② G-TPP 설계, ③ G-TPP V.1.0 개발, ④ G-TPP V.1.0 실행/운영, ⑤ G-TPP V.1.0 사용성 평가. 그리고 이후, 평가 결과를 바탕으로 수정단계가 G-TPP V.2.0까지 순환과정으로 진행되었다. 본 연구를 통해 G-TPP가 다음과 같은 기능과 역할을 수행하는 예비교사의 교원역량 개발을 위한 지원체제임을 확인하였다: ① 교원양성대학과 실습학교가 협력하여 교육실습 과정을 준비, 운영, 평가할 수 있고, ② 교육실습과 관련된 다양한 자료와 결과물을 저장하고 관리할 수 있으며, ③ 실습생, 실습 교사, 실습 지도교수 간에 자료 공유와 의사소통이 가능하고, ④ 교육실습과 관련된 자료와 결과물을 디지털화하고, 교육실습 과정의 행정절차와 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 미래 교육실습을 위한 G-TPP의 개선과 발전방향에 대한 제안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the development process of the G-Teaching Practicum Platform (G-TPP), an integrated system designed to support teaching practicum, and discuss future directions for its development. In this qualitative research, data related to G-TPP were collected from various sources and analyzed using the ADDIE model to examine its development process. The research findings were discussed in accordance with the stages of the ADDIE model: (a) Needs analysis, (b) Design of G-TPP, (c) Development of G-TPP V.1.0, (d) Implementation of G-TPP V.1.0, and (e) Evaluation of G-TPP V.1.0. The evaluation stage was followed by iterative revisions. The study confirmed that G-TPP serves as an educational online platform where: (a) teacher education institutions and cooperative schools can collaborate in preparing, implementing, and evaluating teaching practicum programs, (b) various teaching practicum materials and outputs can be stored and managed, (c) student teachers, mentor teachers, and university supervisors can share materials and communicate with each other, and (d) teaching practicum materials and outputs can be digitized and administrative procedures and tasks related to teaching practicum can be facilitated efficiently. In addition, this study discussed future directions for the development of G-TPP.
