직장인의 자아탄력성 수준파악을 위한 나무그림검사 반응특성 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 직장인의 자아탄력성 수준에 따른 나무그림검사의 반응특성을 연구하여 직장인의 자아탄력성 수준을 판별할 수 있는 지표로서의 활용가능성을 가늠하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 A시 직장인 589명에게 나무그림검사와 자아탄력성 척도검사(KRQ-53)를 실시하였다. 이 중 자아탄력성이 높은 상위집단과 낮은 하위집단을 구분하여 총 113명을 선별하였다. 자료분석으로 Koch(1952)의 나무그림 해석을 근거로 나무그림검사 채점지표를 구성하였다. 나무그림검사의 26%를 연구자 외 평정자 2명에게 채점을 실시하여 일치도를 구하였다. 자아탄력성 상위집단과 하위집단의 나무그림검사 형식적, 내용적 분석을 위해 교차분석을 실시하였으며, 빈도분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 형식적 반응특성에서 나무그림검사의 위치(수직), 음영에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 크기, 위치(수평), 지면선 에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 내용적 반응특성에서 줄기와 가지연결(심장), 가지끝, 열매에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 뿌리, 줄기굵기, 줄기모양, 줄기표면, 줄기음영, 가지개수, 수관, 기타 에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 나무그림검사는 직장인의 자아탄력성 수준을 판별할 수 있는 도구로서 활용가능성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to study the response characteristics of the baum test according to the level of self-resilience of office workers, and to evaluate the possibility of using it as an auxiliary indicator to determine the level of self-resilience of office workers. To this end, a baum test and a Korean Resilience Quotient (KRQ-53) were conducted on 589 office workers in City A. Among them, a total of 113 people were selected from the upper group with high self-resilience and the lower group with low self-resilience. The baum test scoring index was constructed based on Koch (1952)'s interpretation of tree paintings and the data analysis. 26% of the baum tests were scored on two evaluators other than the researcher to obtain a degree of agreement. Cross-tabulation analysis was conducted for the formal and content analysis of the baum test of the upper and lower groups of self-resilience, and frequency analysis was also conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, there were significant differences in the position (vertical) and shade of the baum test in formal response characteristics. But there were no significant differences in size, location (horizontal), and ground line. Second, there were significant differences in stem and branch connection (heart), branch tip, and fruit in content response characteristics, and no significant differences in roots, stem thickness, stem shape, stem surface, stem shading, number of branches, crowns, and others. Therefore, the baum test suggests the possibility of using it as an auxiliary tool to determine the level of self-resilience of office workers.
