가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 수요자 요구분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 비대면 교육환경 수요 증가에 따라 수요자 요구에 기반한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발 방향을 구체적으로 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 2021년 11월~12월에 한국기술교육대학교 온라인평생교육원 스마트 직업훈련 플랫폼(STEP) 학사관리시스템(LMS)을 사용 중인 110개 직업훈련기관 운영자 및 훈련생 274명의 온라인 설문자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 기반으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 분류하고, 사용자용도, 훈련유형에 따라 기존 가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영현황과 직업훈련기관 및 훈련생 수요를 분석하였으며, 기존/신규 수요 콘텐츠 및 직업훈련기관 및 훈련생 수요를 비교 분석한 결과를 기준으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발 필요영역을 유형화하여 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 기존 운영 중인 가상훈련 콘텐츠는 건설, 기계 등 6개 NCS대분류 중심으로 개발되어 제공되고 있으며, 사용자 용도로는 설치·작업·조정·조작, 훈련유형으로는 기능훈련 중심의 콘텐츠 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업훈련기관과 훈련생은 공통적으로 정보통신, 문화·예술·디자인·방송, 경영·회계·사무 분야에 대한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 요구수준이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 기존 현황(as-is) 및 신규 요구(to-be)의 차이와 직업훈련기관 및 개인 훈련생 간 수요를 비교 분석하여, 기존에 운영되고 있지 않으나, 수요가 존재하여 신규 개발이 필요한 주요 분야를 확인하였다. 끝으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발 영역 확장 및 교육분야 전문인력 양성 및 활용 확대의 필요성에 대하여 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the demands of consumers for the development of virtual training contents based on the National Competency Standards (NCS), and to find a demand-based virtual training contents development strategy. For this purpose, from November to December 2021, 110 vocational training institutions and 274 learners using the LMS of STEP. Virtual training contents are classified based on the NCS, and the operation status of existing virtual training contents is analyzed according to three analysis items (use case, training type, content level). Demand for vocational training institutions and learners was analyzed, and the areas required for virtual training content development were categorized and presented in a quadrant. As a result of the study, first, the virtual training contents currently in operation fall into the fields of machinery, electricity/electronics, environment/energy/safety, construction, chemistry/bio, and materials among the major NCS classifications. It was found that the proportion of operation of beginner level contents was high. Second, vocational training institutions and learners had a high level of demand for virtual training contents in information and communication, culture, art, and design broadcasting, and management, accounting, and office work in common. Third, by comparing and analyzing the difference between the existing status and the new demand and the demand between vocational training institutions and individual learners, there are major issues that are not currently in operation but need new development due to the existence of demand. field was confirmed. Finally, the necessity of expanding the field of virtual training content development and nurturing and utilizing professional manpower in the education field was suggested.
