키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 포용적 리더십 연구 동향 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 3년 연구물이 급증하고 있는 포용적 리더십의 연구 동향을 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 살펴보고, 연구의 시기를 1기(2006-2019년), 2기(2020년 이후)로 구분하여 시기별 연구 동향을 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2022년 10월까지 SSCI 및 ESCI 급 저널에 게재된 총135편의 학술논문을 선정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 논문의 초록을 대상으로 키워드 전처리 작업을 통해 총 876개의 키워드를 추출하였으며, 이 키워드들을 기반으로 빈도 분석, 시기별 빈도 분석, 시기별 중심성 분석, 시기별 커뮤니티 분석을 수행하여 전체적인 연구 동향 및 시기별 특성에 대해 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 포용적 리더십의 연구 대상은 전체적으로는 ‘직원과 회사’를 대상으로 한연구가 가장 많았고, 1기에는 ‘간호 및 보건’ 분야 대상의 연구가, 2기에는 ‘교육 및 학교’ 분야를 대상으로 한 연구가 다수 진행되었다. 둘째, 포용적 리더십 연구의 매개 및 조절 효과 관련 키워드들이풍부해지는 경향을 볼 수 있었다. 셋째, 시기별 연구 특성을 분석하기 위한 커뮤니티 분석 결과, 1기5개(혁신 행동과 리더-구성원 교환 관계, 회사 직원의 창의성, 간호 분야와 몰입, 매개 효과, 팀 내 다양성과 성과)의 커뮤니티 그룹과, 2기 6개(학교/팀 내 다양성, COVID-19와 몰입, 조절 효과, 보건 및간호 분야, 포용적 리더의 특성/사회적 영향, 매개 효과)의 커뮤니티 그룹을 도출하였다. 이를 통해포용적 리더십의 연구 동향을 분석하고 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the research trend of inclusive leadership, which has been increasing rapidly in the past three years, using keyword network analysis, and to compare and analyze research trends by period by dividing the research period into 1st(2006-2019) and 2nd(after 2020) period. To this end, a total of 135 academic papers published in SSCI and ESCI-level journals were selected and studied until October 2022. A total of 876 keywords were extracted through keyword preprocessing for the abstract of the paper, and based on these keywords, frequency analysis by period, centrality analysis by period, and community analysis by period were performed to present overall research trends and characteristics by period. The findings are as follows. First, the most common research subjects of inclusive leadership were ‘employees and companies’, a number of studies were conducted in the field of ‘nursing and health’ in the 1st period and ‘education and school’ in the 2nd period, it was found that keywords related to the mediating and moderating effects of inclusive leadership research tended to be abundant. Third, as a result of community analysis to analyze research characteristics by period, five community groups in 1st period(innovative behavior and leader-member exchange, creativity of company employees, nursing field and engagement, mediating effects, diversity in team and performance), and six community groups in 2nd period(diversity in schools/teams, COVID-19 and engagement, moderating effects, health care and nursing, attribute of inclusive leaders/social impact, mediating effects) were derived. Through this, the research trend of inclusive leadership was analyzed and subsequent studies were suggested.
