유아 교사의 놀이신념이 다문화교육역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아 교사의 놀이 신념이 다문화교육역량에 미치는 영향에서 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 연구되었다. 연구 방법은 서울시 및 경기도에 위치한 유아 교사 142명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach 계수로 산출 하였고, Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였으며, 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위하여 Baron, Kenny의 3단계 매개회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 놀이신념, 놀이교수효능감, 다문화교육역량 간의 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이신념은 다문화교육역량에 미치는 영향에서 완전 매개효과가 나타났지만, 놀이신념은 다문화교육역량의 하위내용 중에서 지식 측면에서는 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 한국사회의 다문화 유아에 대한 교육정책과 유아놀이중심 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze multicultural education competencyt of play teaching efficacy in the impact on multicultural acceptability of childhood teachers play beliefs. The survey target was one hundred forty-two childhood teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Cronbach Coefficient was calculated to test the reliability of the survey questionnaires for the collected data, and Pearson’s Ratio Correlation Analysis was applied, and the third state of mediating effect analysis from Baron and Kenny(1986) was implemented to examine the mediated effect of play teaching efficacy in the impact on multicultural education competency of childhood teacher’s.play beliefs. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was significant static correlation between childhood teacher‘s play beliefs, multicultural education competency, play teaching efficacy. Second, play beliefs had a complete mediating effect in the impact on the overall multicultural education competency. But play beliefs had not mediating effect in the impact on multicultural education competency.This study would be used as supporting multicultural policies in Korean society and developingmulticultural play-oriented programs.
