국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 여자 청소년의 부모 학업성취압력, 학업스트레스와 인터넷 및 스마트폰 과의존의 관계를 종단적으로 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 육아정책연구소에서 조사한 한국아동패널 11차(초4)에서 13차(초6) 자료를 활용하여 여자 청소년 총729명을 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 여자 청소년의 부모 학업성취압력은 학업스트레스에 종단적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 구체적으로는 4학년의 부모 학업성취압력은 5학년의 학업스트레스에 영향을 미쳤고, 5학년의 학업성취압력은 6학년의 학업스트레스에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 여자 청소년의 학업스트레스는 인터넷 및 스마트폰 과의존에 종단적인 영향을 미치는 것으로확인되었다. 세부적으로는 4학년 학업스트레스는 5학년 인터넷 및 스마트폰 과의존에 영향을미치고, 5학년 학업스트레스는 6학년 인터넷 및 스마트폰 과의존에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 부모 학업성취압력과 인터넷 및 스마트폰 과의존의 관계에서 학업스트레스의종단적 매개효과는 90% 신뢰수준에서 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to longitudinally investigate the relationship between parental academic achievement pressure, academic stress, and Internet and smartphone overdependence in female adolescents. To this end, a total of 729 female adolescents were selected as study subjects by using data from the 11th (4th grade in elementary school) to 13th (6th grade in elementary school) Korean children's panel surveyed by the Korean institute of child care and education. As a result, first, it was confirmed that parental academic achievement pressure had longitudinal effects on academic stress of female adolescents. Specifically, parental academic achievement pressure in 4th grade had an effect on 5th grader's academic stress, and parental academic achievement pressure in 5th grade had an effect on 6th grader's academic stress. Second, it was confirmed that academic stress had a longitudinal effect on internet and smartphone overdependence of female adolescents. In detail, the academic stress of the 4th graders had an effect on the Internet and smartphone overdependence of the 5th graders, and the academic stress of the 5th graders had an effect on the Internet and smartphone overdependence of the 6th graders. Third, the longitudinal mediating effect of academic stress was found to be statistically significant at the 90% confidence level.. Based on these results, implications and suggestions were presented.
