자연치유에 관한 국내 연구(2002~2022) 동향 분석 - KCI 등재 논문을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 자연치유 연구 동향을 분석하여 자연치유의 특징들과전망을 살펴보기 위함이다. 연구를 위해 2002부터 2022년까지 KCI에 등재된 논문 중에 제목에 ‘자연치유’가 들어간 논문 52편을 선정하였다. 선정한 논문을 NCCAM의 분류체계에 따라 주제별로 분류하였다. 특히 NCCAM에 소개된 자연 치유의학 실행 요법 목록들을 세분하여 자연치유 연구 동향을 선명하게 드러내고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 게재된 논문의 제목에는 ‘자연치유’가 들어갔지만 대부분보완대체의학의 범주의 논문들이었고, 그중에 21편(40.38%)만이 NCCAM에 소개된 ‘자연치유의학(Naturopathy)’실행 요법들에 해당하는 논문이었다. 또한, 코로나를 경험하면서 자연치유 음식에 관한 인지도가 상승하였음이 확인되었다. 그뿐만 아니라 코로나 전후로 자연치유 연구가 다양한 분야와 융합되어 연구의범위가 확장되었다. 하지만 인체의 자연치유력을 높여 질병을 예방하고 치유하는 식이요법, 해독, 생활습관 등의 연구는 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 다양한 자연적인 접근방식을 동원하는 자연요법에 관한 연구가 더 많이 진행되어야 할필요성을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and prospects of natural healing by analyzing domestic natural healing research trends. For this study, 52 papers with ‘Natural Healing’ in the title were selected from among the papers registered in the KCI from 2002 to 2022. The selected papers were classified by topic according to the NCCAM classification system. In particular, it was intended to clearly reveal the research trend of natural healing by subdividing the list of natural healing medicine practice therapies introduced in NCCAM. As a result of the study, although ‘Natural Healing’ was included in the title of the published papers, most of them were in the category of complementary and alternative medicine. Among the research papers, only 21 out of 52 (40.38%) belonged to the catergory of naturopathy or natural remedies according to NCCAM classification. In addition, it was confirmed that the awareness of natural healing foods increased while experiencing Covid19. In addition, before and after Covid19, natural healing research has been fused with various fields, and the scope of research has been expanded. However, research efforts on diet, detoxification, and lifestyle to prevent and heal diseases by increasing the body's natural healing power is still lacking. Therefore, we suggest additional research on natural remedies and modalities.
