Q 방법론을 활용한 유아교사의 강점에 대한 인식유형 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사를 대상으로 강점에 대한 인식과 유형별 특성을 파악하기 위해 Q 방법론을 활용하여 분석하였다. Q 표본 진술문을 추출하기 위해 연구에서는 진술문을 확보하기 위해 1차적으로 선행연구와 문헌조사를 통해 173개의 진술문을 추출하였으며, 2차적으로 유아교사 41명에게 개방형질문지와 심층면담을 통해 80개의 진술문을 추가적으로 추출하였다. 최종적으로 현장 경력 10년 이상이며 Q 방법론 관련연구자 박사 2인의 검토를 통해 변별력과 타당도가 가장 높은 31개의 Q 표본을 확보하였다. 유아교사 30명을 P 표본을 선정하여 7점 척도로 Q 분류를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 QUANL PC Program을 사용하여 분석한 결과 유아교사의 강점에 관한 인식은 총 4가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 1 유형 정서중심형, 2 유형 관계중심형, 3 유형 사고중심형, 4 유형 업무중심형으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 유아교사의 주관적 인식을 파악하여 강점의 유형과 각 유형별 특징을 확인하였으며 유아교사의 강점을 위한 연구에 보다 심도있는 자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed early childhood teachers using the Q methodology to understand their perception of strengths and characteristics by type. In order to extract Q sample statements, 173 statements were first extracted through previous studies and literature surveys to secure statements, and secondly, 80 additional statements were extracted from 41 early childhood teachers through open questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Finally, 31 Q samples with the highest discrimination power and validity were secured through a review by two doctors of Q methodology-related researchers with more than 10 years of field experience. Thirty early childhood teachers were selected with P samples and classified into Q on a 7-point scale. As a result of analyzing the collected data using the QUANL PC Program, the perception of the strengths of early childhood teachers was classified into a total of four types. It was found to be Type 1 Emotional-centered, Type 2 Relationship-centered, Type 3 Thinking-centered, and Type 4 Work-centered. Through the results of this study, the types of strengths and characteristics of each type were identified by grasping the subjective perception of early childhood teachers, and it is meaningful to provide more in-depth data for research for early childhood teachers' strengths.
