불안정 성인애착이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 성인을 대상으로 불안정 성인애착과 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 부적응적인 인지적 정서조절의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2021년 5월 15일부터 5월 25일까지 20대 이상의 남녀 성인을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 293부의 설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 22.0과 Macro 프로그램을 이용하였고 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구에서 사용한 변인들은 모두 서로 유의미한 상관을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 애착 불안, 애착 회피와 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성은 모두 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 애착 불안, 애착 회피와 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 부적응적인 인지적 정서조절은 모두 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 애착 불안과 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 부적응적인 인지적 정서조절의 이중매개효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 그러나 애착 회피와 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 부적응적인 인지적 정서조절의 이중매개효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상담 장면에서 불안정한 성인애착으로 인해 대인관계문제를 경험하는 내담자들을 심층적으로 이해하고 효율적인 심리적 개입을 도울 수 있는 경험적 자료를 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, we wanted to test the mediating effects of emotional clarity and maladaptive cognitive-emotional regulation in the relationship between insecure adult attachment and interpersonal problems with adults. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted, and 293 data from the survey were used for analysis. The analysis used SPSS 22.0 and the Macro program, and the results are as follows: First, all the variables were found to have significant correlations with each other. Second, the relationship between insecure adult attachment and interpersonal problems was shown to be mediated by emotional clarity. Third, the relationship between insecure adult attachment and interpersonal problems was not shown to be mediated by maladaptive cognitive-emotional regulation. Fourth, in the relationship between insecure adult attachment and interpersonal problems, the dual mediating effect of emotional clarity and maladaptive cognitive-emotional regulation was demonstrated to be only avoidant attachment. This study provides an in-depth understanding of clients experiencing interpersonal problems due to insecure adult attachment in the counseling situation and empirical data to aid in effective psychological intervention.
