메타버스 직업 인식과 일반적 특성에 따른 진로준비행동, 진로유연성, 진로정체감의 차이

국문 초록

본 연구는 메타버스의 직업에 대한 인식과 진로준비행동, 진로유연성, 진로정체감을 온라인 커뮤니티 이용자를 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 온라인 커뮤니티 이용자 160명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고 직업 인식 및 일반적 특성에 대한 독립표본 t-검정, ANOVA분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 온라인 커뮤니티 이용자들의 메타버스에 대한 긍정적 인식은 69.4%, 부정적 인식은 30.6%이었으며, 메타버스 인식에 따른 진로준비행동과 진로유연성은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 메타버스 직업을 알고 있는 대상자는 51.8%, 모른다는 대상자는 48.1%이었으며, 메타버스 직업 인식에 따른 진로준비행동, 진로유연성, 진로정체감은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 일반적 특성인 성별, 연령, 직업, 경제수준, 직업관심, 이직의도, 이직사유, 온라인 이용시간에 따른 진로준비행동, 진로유연성, 진로정체감은 각각 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 따라서 메타버스에 대한 인식 변화 및 개인적 차이에 따른 지식 및 기술적 역량을 갖추도록 지원하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the perception of metaverse jobs, career preparation behavior, career flexibility and career identity for online community users. For the study, data were collected from 160 online community users, and independent sample t-test and ANOVA analysis were conducted on job perception and general characteristics. As a result of the analysis, online community users' positive perception of metaverse was 69.4% and negative perception was 30.6%, and there was a significant difference in career preparation behavior and career flexibility according to metaverse perception. In addition, 51.8% of the subjects knew the metaverse job and 48.1% of the subjects did not know, and there were significant differences in career preparation behavior, career flexibility, career identity and according to the metaverse job perception. General characteristics such as gender, age, job, economic level, job interest, intention to change jobs, reason for changing jobs, career preparation behavior, career flexibility and career identity showed significant differences, respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to support the knowledge and technical competencies according to changes in perception of metaverse and personal differences.
